Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Qalaris Anesthesia. This policy explains when we offer refunds and how to request one.
1. Digital subscriptions are generally non-refundable
Because Qalaris Anesthesia is a digital subscription service that you can use immediately upon purchase, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. This includes monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
2. Cancel anytime - no auto-renewal after cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation:
- your access continues until the end of the current paid period;
- your subscription will not renew afterward;
- you will not be charged again unless you resubscribe.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused days in the current billing period, but you keep full access through that period.
3. Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you were charged twice for the same period, charged after a successful cancellation, charged at the wrong price, or charged due to a technical error on our side, we will refund the incorrect amount. Email support@qalaris.com with the transaction reference within 60 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct it promptly.
4. Service unavailability
If the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, we may, at our discretion, extend your subscription, offer a credit, or refund a reasonable portion of the affected billing period.
5. Discretionary refunds
In cases where a refund is not required by this policy or by law - for example, if you subscribed by mistake and have not used the product meaningfully - please still reach out. We review discretionary refund requests case-by-case and may issue a refund if we believe it's fair. Please contact us within 14 days of the charge.
6. Refunds required by law
Nothing in this policy limits refund rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence (for example, statutory cooling-off rights for consumers in certain jurisdictions). Where applicable law requires a refund, we will honor it.
7. Payment-provider refunds
Refunds are issued through the original payment method via the payment provider used at checkout (for example, Paddle, Stripe, or a local provider). The time for a refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically 5-10 business days.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@qalaris.com - we usually resolve issues within 2 business days. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension while we investigate with the payment provider.

For any refund or billing question, email support@qalaris.com with your account email, transaction ID, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
